When attempting to charge my Huawei Watch 2 an image of white outline of a battery appears on a black background with a white X in the center. Despite attempts to charge the phone over 1-2 hours the image remains and the phone won't power up. Do I need a new battery?

The screen turns off after 2-3 days. The watch is still on and you can access it via the huawei health app, but the screen is off. Tried recharging -still no screen.

Hello

I have a GT2 Pro, this morning after swimming the watch went off.

The pulse sensor lit up, I managed 2 times to display the screen from the application (charge 43% displayed) but now everything remains black, screen, sensor and no longer vibrates.

What is your opinion on the H.S display or the motherboard?
