Huawei P30 Pro: No audio from bottom microphone

Hi all, I realised my P30 Pro’s bottom microphone stopped working. All apps that use this (Shazam, Google) pick up no sound from it. If I’m on a call, i have to wait between 5-10 seconds (which I think is when the top mic kicks in), then person can hear me. I have factory reset, cleared all caches but no luck so going to attempt changing the microphone/ SIM board. Has anyone done this before with success? On eb@y there are some boards that have this little silver IC in the middle of the board, and some don’t (this is on the opposites side of the SIM slot). Does anyone know what that is?

First off, I don’t have any waranty through Huawei!

I have a problem with my P30 Pro. My WiFi and Bluetooth are both dead. When I turn the toggle on it stays on for 1-2 seconds and turns it self off. It doesn’t scan for any networks though as it stays blank. So could anyone please tell me the location of the wifi chip on the logicboard? The teardown left me clueless..

It had a drop damage and got an entire new Housing/Oled Display assembly (Original Huawei part). Celular data etc. still work though.

Huawei P30 Pro: How to fix headphones with split-jack 3.5

Soo my jack in my headphones stopped working, so I cut the insulation off and looked at the wires. My headphones have 1 cabel, that splits into 2 (mic and sound jack) and then you can add a reduction so it connects once again into one.

I am sure the problem is in the 2-jack section, because before it stopped working it sometimes got really quiet so I could barely hear anything, and I could fix that by rotating the sound jack so it can get better connection.

Huawei P30 Pro: Battery temperature low, phone not charging

Recently i replaced just front display, not whole case. After that, my phone shows me Battery temp too low, charging paused. (Diag. Tool shows average -4°C to 4°C) AccuBattery app it shows cable, like it is charging, but at 0W, top right battery icon doesnt show lightning (charging). Flex charging cable has been replaced. Another thing, it just doesnt accept new battery i bought when phone started doing this, coz i thought it just might be battery. After connecting new battery, boot shows Huawei logo, then phone shuts down. I actually managed to boot just ONCE for the first time i plugged the new battery, immidiately i tried to charge it, but after that as i mentioned above, no charging logo top right, Accu shows charging, but 0W. So i rebooted, but then Huawei logo, then shut down. And so on..

Another point - I actually managed to charge it ONCE from 10% to 60% without it stopping, battery temp was normal (13-18°C, showing at diagnostic tool, --talking about old battery, which is the one im able to boot with and is still in phone, coz new one doesnt work for me - any ideas why?) Only thing i thought might cause the problem where broken pins on old flex cable i already replaced (pins on mobo seems fine with naked eye, dont have microscope sadly)

So another question, where is temperature sensor actually located, so is there a way to check it if it is ok physically?

Also in eRecovery mode top right icon (battery% one) shows charging when charger plugged in.

I tried :

Factory reset (settings)

Factory reset (Power+VolUp)

Clear cache (Power+VolUp)

Hotswap battery while charger in (heard it might boot with the new one coz it thinks its old one)

Cleaning pins

5 different chargers from 5W to original one

I BEG FOR HELP, IM SO HOPELESS haha

THANKS FOR ANY TIPS.

Huawei P30 Pro: Poor Bluetooth and WiFi connection after screen replacement

I’ve recently replaced the screen of my Huawei P30 Pro Dual-SIM (VOG-L29). Since that, I have a little less WiFi signal, but most importantly, my Bluetooth signal is very bad and every little move of my phone or the headphones makes it stutter and lose the connection. Both antenna flex-cables are attached. When I hold my hand close to the camera, the connection breaks instantly. No software changes did help. What parts could fix this problem?
Huawei P30 Pro: Why are my wired headphones not been recognised?

My phone wont recognise my wired headphones through the usb c or a splitter.

The usb c port has been replaced so as the loudspeaker, I have tried multiple headphones, also tried the headphones on another device.

It charges perfectly, connects to my laptop fine, it just will not recognise my headphones.

Audio works fine via loudspeaker and bluetooth.

Huawei P30 Pro: SIM module and fingerprint sensor stop when back cover is attached

I recently acquired a Huawei P30 Pro from a friend who couldn't be bothered to fix it. The problem being both an intermittent "no sim detected" issue as well as no fingerprint sensor sensor existing according to My Huawei app. Tried all the usual software fixes (updates, hard reset, safe mode, factory reset, etc etc), no luck.

So I ordered a replacement sim module, opened the back cover of the phone and to my surprise (before doing any repair) the fingerprint sensor came online instantly and the sim registered on the network! I waited two days and all was working fine with no back cover. So I replaced the sim module to be safe. All still good.

I wait a week for some B7000 glue to arrive, in which time the phone was fully functional. I clean off the old glue with isopropyl alcohol, add new glue seal her up and wait 4 hours. I come return to find the original issue (no finger sensor and no sim recognised). Any ideas??? I'm considering just leaving the back cover off and getting a case :-)
