I cant see a full size calling screen. if i want to cal somewone it will imediately rang end cant hang up afterwards because i dont see the calling page . only some flashing bar at the top which i cant press.

the rest of the phone is working fine

How can I fix my Huawei p20 lite? - I've replaced the screen of my phone multiple times but have never replaced the frame. yesterday I replaced the screen and frame and while doing the test it worked. I then glued on the back and it would not turn on and had a flashing red light on the status indicator. I charged it up but to no avail. I then took the back off again and once again it worked flawlessly ( i did this a few times and the screen still would not turn on when the back was glued on). I then tried to glue on the back when the phone was on and it must have turned off itself because it will not work. i have taken it apart again but it will not turn on. When I plugged it in and pressed the power button the status indicator flashes red. I may have damaged the battery while fixing the phone and that may explain why it runs out of battery so quickly but I don't think it is related to it not turning on. If anyone has any ideas about what's wrong or a solution I would greatly appreciate if you could reply

Hello all,

My Smartphone (Huawei P20 lite) updatet over night and got stuck in a bootloop. The only Menu i can enter is the Fastboot&Rescue Mode. In Fastboot&Rescue Mode The Android reboot reason: AP_S_ABNORMAL 64 is shown. Phone Locked, FRP Lock.

Does Anyone know a way to save data like pictures from this phone in this state?

My cat died last month and i would loose all my pictures with her. I would really appreciate every help to save those pictures.

Hey,

So apparently whenever I have a call on loudspeaker (WhatsApp or normal calls) the person on the other end can't hear me?

I tried doing a test by using the recorder app and that picked up my voice fine so now I'm stumped….

Does it use a different microphone when on loudspeaker? And if so where is this located so I can check if it's blocked or anything?

Hello ! i replaced my screen and frame on p20 lite after when i turned it on the camera wont open ! i did reset and clear the data of camera and phone but nothing! my camera’s flex cable its a bit damaged btw can the cable cause this issue or its something else? thanks in advance!

Hi, my phone won’t show when I’m calling someone, it just rings. If they don’t answer it will flash green at the top and won’t let me hang up. I’ve tried resetting, updating, looked at settings but nothing seems to be working. Can someone help?

Huawei P20 Lite: Phone won't charge over 1%

Hi recently (before Christmas) I bought a second hand p20 lite for a very attractive price. Then the issues started. The selfie camera got covered in dust very quickly. The phone loves acting up and slow down when I need it the most. But most importantly recently it hasn't been charging very well. I've tried different charges and nothing helps. Finally the piece of rubbish just decided to stop charging. It's stuck at 1% and sometimes even jumps to 0% and then back up to 1%. I am almost certain that it's either the battery or the charging port however I would like to be sure so I don't pay twice for replacements.

Also just so you guys know I have not dropped the phone, haven't put it in the water etc. I've used different chargers and charging cables. I've cleaned the charging port. The only thing I haven't done yet is getting inside of it. Thanks for any help guys

Also I forgot to mention that the charging port is not loose and the cable “clicks” in but I have to admit it looks kind of bent from the top (screen side). It's my first encounter with the type-c port so I don't know if it's meant to look like that

Huawei P20 Lite: Display Brightness and screen bug

After changing display i got some issues. One of which is provlem with aux and thats why i had to open it again.After that opening i received ANOTHER glitch, which makes the phone to randomly change brightness to max while also showing black screen with the clock on the top right corner. Also when the phone is off it randomly turns off and shows the same black screen and logo. I will post picture of it.Help pls because after this i opened it again and coudnt find what is causing the problem.``

I've just replaced a screen on a Huawei p20 lite, one thing I've realised is that the screen flickers heavily when I enter the sim tray. I took the sim tray out and the screen works perfectly. Does anyone know the reason behind this?

I had the issue that my audio jack didn't work and so I replaced the part, by doing that I noticed the real issue: a little cable broke (not during my repairs).
It's the little plug connecting the charging and audiojack with the main board.

Huawei P20 Lite: touch screen not responding after drop in water

dropped the phone in water a short time, it was immediately taken out of the water, laid flat to dry overnight. Worked fine the day after and then a day or tw later the touch screen started being unresponsive, preformed both soft and hard reboot, saftymode, and a couple of days later the screen stopped responding completly.

Huawei P20 Lite: Won’t turn on

Simply left my phone to charge on the bedside table over night, it was dead in the morning. Won’t turn on or charge. I’ve had this many a time in the past with every one of my Android phones, the usually reset/boot tricks worked, but not this time. I’ve replaced the battery (new genuine) as a cheap possible fix, the problem stays the same. What could be the problem?

Note: no signs of life when trying any reboot configurations

Huawei P20 Lite: USB port unresponsive after dropping in water

dropped the phone in water for a brief moment, it was immediately taken out of the water, and dried with the dry rice technique. Worked fine the day after but now the charger usb port is unresponsive and does not charge or seem to recognised the phone when connected to laptop
