Hi guys, i have a P10 Plus which the screen was replaced a couple of days ago. Initially it all worked very well but while i was at the gym the screen all of a sudden turned off. Now when the phone is booted it seems that the back light of the LCD screen turns on but no image on the screen. The phone seems to be booting up as when i put my finger on the fingerprint scanner it vibrates if the wrong finger is scanned and unlocks with the right finger. I have also purchased a second screen just to confirm that its not the LCD screen that has an issue but the same thing happens on both screens.

I know this is a long shot but any help would be very much appreciated.

My P10 plus is fully dead and it won't start. It once started but would suddenly die. I charged it fully and tried to turn on, but it did not. When I factory reset it using the Vlume+power, but it will go to welcome screen and then for a short time during the setup then it will die.

Is it because of the battery ir something else? If it is battery so I can order a replacement battery for it.

Huawei P10 Plus: New battery smelling sweet and fruity

I just received a brand new Huawei P10 Plus battery from here, and when I opened the packaging it had a very strong sweet smell. Now that I’ve removed the battery from the packaging, it still has a milder sweet smell to it. It seems to be mainly coming from a single corner of the battery. Is it still safe to use?

Huawei P10 Plus: LCD back light doesn't light

My back light doesn't turn on, however when I use an outside source of light I can see all the icons and basically use every function on the device but it's own LCD light is not working. Any help on what might have burnt up on the motherboard

Hello friends,
I recently changed the display of Huawei p10 plus. Afterwards I found out flash not working.
Then I checked camera, and once I opened camera, the app crashed and disappeared.
I didnt power off the phone before disconnecting display ribbon.
Is this the reason my camera got short circuit and now not working?
Please help.
After I get some help, I will open the phone again to check out the problem.

Hi, p10 plus has no display after initial huawei screen, unable to enter recovery mode or safe mode, notification light is blinking amber when low in batt and vibrates when pressing power button multiple times. Could it be an issue with lcd or a board problem? Thanks!

Has anybody else who has recently updated to L09C432B162 on 5.1 because since the update, my integrations with my car have stopped working despite reinstalling the apps, all notifications are now a lot quieter or don't even bother showing up anymore despite being on, alarms are much quieter despite them not changing the sound level

Hi,

Phone is ringing - on the phone screen appears name of the caller few second later it changes to real name, but you can't see because you already answered.

I noticed that it is the last caller name and than it changes to real one.

This is a very serious issue, confusing, annoying and will leave to discarting the brand.
