As soon as I turn on the internet, the phone restarts and shows low battery. When I plug it in for charging, it shows the battery is full after a while.

Hey,

So apparently whenever I have a call on loudspeaker (WhatsApp or normal calls) the person on the other end can't hear me?

I tried doing a test by using the recorder app and that picked up my voice fine so now I'm stumped….

Does it use a different microphone when on loudspeaker? And if so where is this located so I can check if it's blocked or anything?

My phone wont recognise my wired headphones through the usb c or a splitter.

The usb c port has been replaced so as the loudspeaker, I have tried multiple headphones, also tried the headphones on another device.

It charges perfectly, connects to my laptop fine, it just will not recognise my headphones.

Audio works fine via loudspeaker and bluetooth.

I have a problem with my P30 pro. When I call somebody or somebody calls me it takes 5-10 second for my microphone to start to work. I called service and they say it is bottom board with microphone. I changed bottom board with microphone and it is the same. Any idea what can be wrong?

Hello.

My phone has been off for 2 days, fully charged it. and when i switch it on it ready no service... Cannot make calls nothing. Re-started still noting did Factory reset.. Still nothing.
