Huawei Mate 8: Does changing the battery also require us to change the screen?

I've been having battey charge drop problems. When I go to the Huawei service center they tell me that battery change will also require a screen change. (Without even checking my phone). They say that the battery comes with the screen. My screen is in perfect condition. Is it true that the battery change will also require a screen change?

Huawei Mate 8: Where is the smart cover sensor on the phone?

Hi, I’ve replaced the USB charging port successfully and everything works fine, except the smart cover. Seems its magnet isn’t recognized anymore and the screen doesn’t lock on closing the cover. Any idea where the sensor recognizing the magnet is? Might it be on the USB charging port board I replaced?

Huawei Mate 8: Replacing battery without battery adhesive strips, ok or not?

I've already bought a new battery and about to replace it into my Huawei Mate 8. I watched the video showing how to replace the battery from Youtube which mentioned that once taking out the old battery, I need to place two adhesive strips to stick the new battery into the tray. However, I don't have the strips. My question is "Can I just ignore it, and continue replacing the new battery without the strips, or I should buy stripes to make sure everything is good in the long run.

thank you.

Huawei Mate 8: Why is the notifications bar, keyboard and screen keep flinching

My huawei mate 8 screen got broken and i changed both the display and touch screen because i was told it would be dangerous to only change the touch screen, as my phone had 50/50 chance of surviving.

The screen got changed but the screen kept malfunctioning, the keyboard, each time i typed the keyboard, some letters would be typing itself but not really typing (some people call it ghost typing)

The notification bar and mobile data measure would be fast and it would be repeating the same numbers like 3 times before changing to a new one

And worst of all when i open an app or a system, it would repeat three times before finally opening

I've taken the phone back to the repairer but nothing solves it. After the repairer fixes it, it would be normal for some minutes then all the problems come back worse.

Please help me, it's really annoying, what can i do to stop this, some people are twlling me to clear my system cache but my volume up button is damaged ?

Huawei Mate 8: Battery Damage and Replacement

Recently I ordered a new battery for my Huawei Mate 8, because my phone battery wasn't lasting as usual. I went trough the whole process of removing on putting in the the new battery, but then the led indicator at the front ot the phone (beside the speaker) blinked a couple time rapidly, then the phone booted normally, then it shutdown, then the light blinked red a couple time again, then shutdown, after all that the only thing that appears on the screen is the red battery charging indicator. I mean a red battery on 0% and no charging. Now I even put in back the old battery but the same happens.

I am new on this website and I will appreciate all the support I cant get.
