Huawei H881C: Why does it say "Insufficient space on the device"?

I get "insufficient space" when I try to download or update apps. My SD Card has 28G free and internal has 2G free. SD card is default storage.

When i get a phone call the volume is so low that i can hardly hear. And the volume button is already on high as it can go.

It turns on when its charging but it just shuts off at the same time. It also says its low battery and once i plug it in it says 100% in just a minute.

I just got a Huawei H881C from my cousin and I had it charging two days ago and I went to work texted at 11:pm and all of a sudden my phone wouldn't turn on I put it on the charger overnight my led light didn't come on and my phone wouldn't turn on the next day I have had it turned on two times since then for it to shut off and not turn back on again please help me I need to figure out what I can do about my phone it doesn't show its charging ive tried cleaning out the charging port with an air duster ive tried 5 different chargers and I cant seem to make anything work I need advice and help

Im a first time user when it comes to the pre paid phoines. And also not helping is I have been using an IOS Apple for the pawt 4-6 years('I think'). Either way got phone from friend and switched my long time # from us cellular over to straight btalk. let me say that I once thought molasses in January was slow. My phone took some water damage. after letting it dry out I tried to turn it on but the bottom lights are all going and the LED is green. the brightness fluctuates depending on the power input. Is it screwed?
