Huawei Ascend Y600: Hangs up when starting... doesn't start

The phone had slowed down so I powered it off to close some programs. When I turned it on, it hangs up on the "Huawei flower" and goes no further. I have taken out the battery a couple of times but each time it returns to the Huawei flower and stops. It's been like that for nearly two hours. Help!! I need my phone.

Why i go to the setting of the android i accidentally choose the wrong command and will erase the files and then i removed the battery and put it again the battery. Why it not turning on when i press the power? it vibrates only and displayed the dark blue color in the screen at right away disappear..
