i recently discovered that my phone will not charge after i had returned from a friends house and the battery had died so i put the phone on the charger but all that happened was a small red light flashed once above the screen and nothing else happened. this happened every time i placed the charger in the phone. i have already tried using other chargers and that didnt work so i tried cleaning out the charging port and that also didnt make any difference. any help is much appreciated.

Huawei Ascend G6: Internal storage is damaged, I don't know what to do?

I'm stuck in a screen that says:

"Internal storage is damaged and is now unavailable. Please choose one of the following options:

- restore factory settings

- restart phone"

If I select restore, it doesn't do anything. If I choose restart, It will just restart and go back to that same screen.

I have tried bringing it to the service centre of huawei, but they say it might be the board. And since this is already out of warranty, replacing the board will cost me a lot so they just told me to buy a new phone. But this phone is very important to me, so does anyone know how much is a board for this model? Thanks

suddenly my phone has no signal status even cant connect to WIFI. i tried to change sim cards with another phone but my sim card was working. also tried to put it off for a while take the sdcard and sim out but still.. no status

Last night I just played game called tiny troopers!! When I realized that my battery was just 9% then I immediately charged my mobile and went to bed!! In morning when I woke up and look to my phone , the charge lid was just blinking red(twice and a gap) and when I pressed unlock key it wasn't charged (only a red indicator of charging was showing). I tried to switched on but it didn't boot up (showed only low power red battery icon). What should I do ? Please review it !! It would be great help :)

Telefhone says that there is no more space in the memory off the phone and the SD card has 14 GB left.

No more updates are possible because everything is full.

Total reset is working for 1 day and then it is the same problem back again.

Help me please, i am not a computernerd so explain in normal terms.

Hi!

I have this device unlocked for repair with the next issue.

Phone detects all SIMS inserted in it & ask you the PIN to unlock, but never found signals providers to connect.

Maybe someone can tell me where is the antenna in this model and/or how to check it?.

Hi.

I replaced the whole block LCD+digi+glass on my old G6-U10 after I dropped it and broke the lcd. Now that I can use it again, I noticed that even rear camera doesn't work: a message says that flash Led is already in use by another app. Obviously that's not true, and even the when try to turn it on by Torch app, it stays off. What I want to know: is the camera sensor responsible of managing the flash? Could a problem in the sensor (or in its flat) cause the flash to claim its state as ON even when it's turned off, or even the led must be broken?

Front camera works, despite that default camera app starts trying to activate the rear one, closing itself due to the problem, without letting me switch to the front one.

Camera sensor is P8N09F SUNNY .

My phone is slightly bend at the lower right part. its screen detached a little. i can feel it vibrate and see a little light at the control buttons. I cant open it i restarted it a lot of time but nothing can be seen it the screen. i tried to like touch all around just to see if the touch screen working but its not. my phone is fully charged but its still not responding.

When i want to install an app or take pictures, my smartphone show a storage full message. But when i check my storage it show Gb of free space.

This happend several times and keeps happening.

i can't do anything with my smartphone.

Everytime i delete something the message keep appearing, and my storage space seems to decrease every tim.
