Hi, I need some help here, my phone keeps restarting just now, it goes to the home screen then a few seconds it will restart again and same thing goes up to now. I tried hard reset it says that Emmc readonly, you cant update your system.

Im sorry for my bed English. My phone got wet after dropping it in toilet. Took apart and wipe it then i but it back and my screen just went crazy, there was purple lines and black screen , so i again took it apart and after i put it back it didnt work, and it looked like there was moisture on screen so i took my hairdryer and dry it, still didnt work.That was a month ago, now when i turn on i hear a sound that mt phone its switch on but its black screen.Can i do anything to fix it?

I got this phone as a backup phone and I have had it for almost a year and never used it. I put the battery in it and it would not turn on, so I charged overnight with the charger that came with it and it still will not charge. I have even switch wall sockets to see if that was the problem. It will come on and shut right back down because of low battery. What could be the issue I would think I would need a new battery being that I have never use the one that came with the phone?
