Hover-1 Liberty: Wheel does not seem to be straight

The one wheel on my daughters hover board is not straight and moves quite a bit compared to the other.

When I opened it up there were little black bits ??? Compared to the other side it looks like a plastic clip is missing?

Is there a way to staibilize the wheel? Hover 1 won’t help us due to the receipt is not with us as it was a gift …

Hover-1 Liberty: Wht is my hover board have a high pitched noise and then stop working?

My hover board after charging I turned it on and it suddenly had a high pitched noise every time the board was of and after riding for a couple seconds it stops working unexpectedly with the green light staying on and I wasn’t able to turn the board off till I unscrewed the half of the board with the power button and manually disconnected the cable leading to the battery. After re screwing in everything the noise continued but the hover board drove again and then the same thing happened so now I have repeteted what I did and I haven’t trying riding it again because of fear of the same stuff happening please help

my son has a pionner scooter by hover1 the motor shuts off and will stay engage it shuts off then has to turn it on and the front tire gets really hot what do we need to do it is only two weeks old

I rode my overboard for the first time today outside , and I came back home and there was dirt inside the footpad I didn’t think it would do anything but now my right side pad will not cooperate please help !!!!
