Hover-1 H1: Need help repairing my hoverboard

Hallow my name is Eleanor Owen I brought a hoverboard from the ++Floating Feet++ website through eBay so after 1 year my hoverboard is not properly working I think it has some technical problem when I plug it in the lights turn on and all that but the motors don't work. So I took it apart and I think I have a battery issue but I am not certain. When I hit the on button it doesn't turn on at all. I took the shell off and have let it sit for around a year but now I want to repair it.

So i have this scooter i got as a present and one wheel turns but the other one doesnt. Ive been told by people who have taken a look at it that the gyro is messed up and i need a new board. But where can i buy the spare part for the board?

When I check the diagnostic mode everything says unknown and won't do anything else. It won't change modes.

Hi Have problem with hoverboard not moving. Tried syncing which works but still no movement. Only thing I notice on the hover h1 app diagnostic it says static current (otherside) fail . Any help would be so grateful thanks
