Machine shows h20 error after mostly filling its self at the start of the cycle.

Inlet hose is fine, I’ve replaced the solenoid inlet value, cleaned the drain value and check for blockages on the pressure value.

Any other suggestions?

Hotpoint Washing Machine: Pulley belt slipping off

Hi, I have a Hotpoint washing machine and the belt keeps slipping off inwards towards the drum. I had ordered a new pulley wheel as the outer surface was smooth so seemed to allow the slipping. I had thought there maybe was a ridge that had worn over time however the new wheel was smooth like the old. The belt doesn't seem overly loose and takes effort to put back on. I can't see any obvious damage to belt or pulley wheel that means this has suddenly started. Any help appreciated

Hotpoint Washing Machine: Lid Lock only works on drain/spin cycle.

I have a Hotpoint washer HTW240ASK6WS. Recently the lid lock only works on the drain/spin cycle. After tub fills, agitator goes very slow and lid lock not locked. I have to move dial to drain/spin (only place lid lock works) in order to get water out and clothes spun. I am running out of clean clothes!!

Perhaps this isn't the correct forum. I was looking for someone who might know what is wrong. I am in no shape to take this washer apart and test stuff. Thanks to jeff for responding.

Hotpoint Washing Machine: Display cannot be read, all the pixels are lit

Hello Together,

I have a problem, that after power on, the display shows no text, but all the pixels are being lit. Already dismantled display panel, checked the cables, also the flat cable between the control panel and display module, if any contact problems caused the error, but no results.

Interesting is, that if you know, which button how many times has to be pushed, to start a program, then the cycle starts without problems, so only the display does not show that, only all pixels are lit up.

Sometimes when machine is powered on, everything is fine, you can select the programs, all texts are visible and starts the washing cycle, but after some time, the same error happens again.

When the washing machine spins it makes a loud noise and the drum wobbles. It sometimes sounds like something is clunking .

It is on an even floor and balanced, up to about 4 days ago it was working fine.

Hi,

I have a Hotpoint Washer/dryer. Washing works well, but drying stops with F13 code after cca. 5 minutes. The ventilator motor makes a buzzing noise. I think it turns slower, then it should, but can’t see any junk, to slow down it, I can rotate the blades easily. The motor of ventilator looks intact. In spite of that it is the reason of overheating?

Can someone help me?
