1997-2001 Honda Prelude: High beams stopped working and ABS goes on and off.

So I went to leave for work and i cut my high beams on. Just as I was backing out the driveway they cut off and wont come back on. The radiator fans stopped working for a short time as well but they've started working again. Also my brake indicator light stays on, my ABS comes on when I go above 15 mph and my battery light stays on… all of this happened today and i haven't had any problems prior. I have checked all my fuses and they're fine and my battery terminals are secure and clean. I drive a standard 2000 Honda Prelude
