hisense 58r6e3: Why is half of my screen unsaturated?

The T.V. is a Hisense 58r6e3, I bought it almost 3 months ago and one day I turned it on and the screen showed dark and white lines all over it, I looked on youtube for a possible solution so I found out that it was probably an issue with the T-con, I realized that the problem was the left screen of my tv. In order to solve this issue I put some tape covering about 10 lines of the flex connector. Thanks to that the screen is showing picture again but the left side of the tv is showing unsaturated colors, like washed out, and now I don't know how to fix that.

Hisense 58R6E3: Hisense 58R6E3 Roku tv flickering on lower half of screen.

So I was getting a ton of weird lines across the tv, and the screen would freeze that way, so I did some research and replaced the tcon board on this unit. Now it works for the most part, except I have this flickering which only happens on the lower half (see video). It seems like when I first put the new tcon board in I didn’t get any flickering for the first hour or so, so not sure what could be going on. Any suggestions?
