When I go to charge my device I can plug in the charger to the port but the device does not recognize that it is being charged. Normally there is an icon that appears to indicate that the device is charging but there is nothing but a blank screen.

All I get is an error message saying “ unfortunately launcher has stopped” with an OK button beneath it. But if I hit the okay button the message just keeps popping up. I tried using the pinhole reset button at the back but that didn't work either. How do you do a factory reset on this tablet?

When you go to use your device and swipe the screen to unlock the device it will not recognize that it has been touched. This means that the screen is not responsive so you cannot access the device.

Hipstreet Tablet: Can't start my NEW tablet.

My brand NEW Titan Hipstreet Tablet can't start properly, after full charge. Only the (eternal) "POWERED BY HIPSTREET" shows up at the bottom center, without ever continuing to its normal ANDROID HOME SCREEN. It simply blocs at its first level of being powered-up. Full charge is OK. Reset button doesn't change anything, except re-start the same useless 1sr level powering-up without actually showing anything else than "POWERED BY HIPSTREET"

ANDROID isn't starting.

My other identical Hypstreet tablet is A-OK, perfect.

I have a brand new Titan 3 that doesn't charge or start?????

1) Battery icon shows up but tablet never gets charged after more than 10 attempts, for days at a time.

2) When just A MINIMUM charge is in (1%), the TABLET STARTUP never gets done, this after trying 100 times, even after HOURS, DAYS of charging.

3) It's DEAD, NEVER WORKED, STILL IN THE BOX & SCREEN FILM STILL ON IT.

4) CRAP.

Can't return it to a store I bought it from on vacation.

Anyone know actual size for hipstreet pilot 10”. Its few yrs old and us a thin round charger with a yellow tip if this makes a difference. Mine has snapped. Just wondered size before i buy wrong thing. Thanks

I ‘am trying to use my attachable keyboard and I always get my on screen keyboard which I would like to turn off. Also keep getting a error message that” this USB is not recognizable “does this mean my regular keyboard is deleted if so how do I reinstall it

I have tried so many things to get it and is really messing up my i pad, now also have to tap on letters 3 times on on screen keyboard to enter my password and the narrator keep talking Please help me

Hipstreet Equinox 2: Hipstreet Phantom 2 keeps rebooting

Hi All,

I have inherited a hipstreet phantom 2 from my mother in law which we bought her a year ago. She never used it and when I first turned it on I went through all the welcome screens.

However, I am trying to use it and it keeps restarting itself. At first it was having issues with updating Google play services which I thought was causing it, but I have factory reset and now that problem seems to be solved. But it keeps struggling with just opening menu's and reboots itself every 5mins!

Any thoughts??
