<p>My brand NEW Titan Hipstreet Tablet can't start properly, after full charge. Only the (eternal) &quot;POWERED BY HIPSTREET&quot; shows up at the bottom center, without ever continuing to its normal ANDROID HOME SCREEN. It simply blocs at its first level of being powered-up. Full charge is OK. Reset button doesn't change anything, except re-start the same useless 1sr level powering-up without actually showing anything else than &quot;POWERED BY HIPSTREET&quot;</p>

<p>ANDROID isn't starting.</p>

<p>My other identical Hypstreet tablet is A-OK, perfect.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Hipstreet Titan Plus: I have a brand new Titan 3 that doesn't charge or start?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>I have a brand new Titan 3 that doesn't charge or start?????</strong></p>

<p>1) Battery icon shows up but tablet never gets charged after more than 10 attempts, for days at a time.</p>

<p>2) When just A MINIMUM charge is in (1%), the TABLET STARTUP never gets done, this after trying 100 times, even after HOURS, DAYS  of charging.</p>

<p>3) It's DEAD, NEVER WORKED, STILL IN THE BOX &amp; SCREEN FILM STILL ON IT.</p>

<p>4) CRAP.</p>

<p>Can't return it to a store I bought it from on vacation.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Hipstreet Equinox 2: Hipstreet Phantom 2 keeps rebooting]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi All,</p>

<p>I have inherited a hipstreet phantom 2 from my mother in law which we bought her a year ago. She never used it and when I first turned it on I went through all the welcome screens.</p>

<p>However, I am trying to use it and it keeps restarting itself. At first it was having issues with updating Google play services which I thought was causing it, but I have factory reset and now that problem seems to be solved. But it keeps struggling with just opening menu's and reboots itself every 5mins!</p>

<p>Any thoughts??</p>
