I ‘am trying to use my attachable keyboard and I always get my on screen keyboard which I would like to turn off. Also keep getting a error message that” this USB is not recognizable “does this mean my regular keyboard is deleted if so how do I reinstall it

I have tried so many things to get it and is really messing up my i pad, now also have to tap on letters 3 times on on screen keyboard to enter my password and the narrator keep talking Please help me

Hi All,

I have inherited a hipstreet phantom 2 from my mother in law which we bought her a year ago. She never used it and when I first turned it on I went through all the welcome screens.

However, I am trying to use it and it keeps restarting itself. At first it was having issues with updating Google play services which I thought was causing it, but I have factory reset and now that problem seems to be solved. But it keeps struggling with just opening menu's and reboots itself every 5mins!

Any thoughts??

Tablet has wrong ROM factory reset doesnt help i think new rom has overwrite it and won't get past WiFi connecting I have looked for stock ROM but can't find it and don't know what else to do please help would be great full of any help and a quote to fix if possible

i have a hipstreet i8 tablet. the last week it keeps telling me the google play store isnt responding and facebook keeps shutting down and wont respond or let me report the problem. i was on the phone (text) with the google people yesterday and we went though thier diagnostic stuff (codes) to try and fix it. nothing worked it is still doing it. they suggested i contact you guys. i have done a factory reset twice and also a uninstall and reinstall for both apps ( google play store and facebook) but nothing seems to work . do you guys have any ideas that i can do or try. if i need to repalce my tablet i will not be purchasing a hipstreet product. can you please help???

my tablet finished it's charge then turned off . it didn't boot up after so i turned it off after that i tried to open it but it dosen't response . ( when i charge it it dosen't open but battery got hot )
