Hedge Trimmers: Need help finding a replacement capacitor

I'm trying to fix a hedge trimmer. I'm not new to fixing things, but replacing components is new for me. The busted capacitor is this one but I seem to only find them in bulk. I know a similar capacitor would do just fine, but I'm unsure of how to determine if another capacitor is a good replacement and I don't want to how anything up (this time).

Echo Hedge Trimmer HCA266 2015: new used once wont start

Brand new Echo 266, 4 months old used once then put away, pulled out last week won't start. Empted gas, changed, fuel filter still no start change spark plug still no start..
