<title><![CDATA[Handspring Visor Deluxe PDA: Pda doesn't keep data when replacing batteties]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a pda visor deluxe since 1999 and when I change batteries within 1 min. it keeps data without any problem. I bought recently a brand new one, and it doesn't keep data when I replace batteries. What's the problem? How can I fix it?</p>]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<p>I have 2 lines across the screen when I insert the batteries, the power button dosen’t work and the back light is on and won’t shut off I tried hard and soft re-set just the same 2 lines and back light on any Ideas??</p>]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[Handspring Visor Edge: Unresponsive screen and buttons]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>So the troubleshooting says to perform a &quot;soft reset&quot;. I dont want to lose any data, so I'm hesitant to press the reset button (on the back) without knowing for certain that that is what  a soft reset is. I guess my question is how do i perform a soft reset. thank you!</p>]]></description>
