Hamilton Beach 48464: Can the dispensing filter (metal) be replaced on 48465

Hello,

I have a Hamilton Beach Model 48465 (similar looking to 48464). The metal filter where the coffee dispenses is partially clogged. Is there a way of either replacing the filter or deep cleaning the filter?

Thank you,

Jim
