I just bought the new Vive pro head strap replacement and I realized it didn’t come with the headphones or the motherboard that goes with the headphones on the other head strap piece, is there any way without damaging the motherboard of the headphones to get it out of the old head strap piece and put it into a new one

My left headphone has developed a short, so I ordered the replacement headphones. The headphones don't come with the foam cushions, so I just need to transfer them. The only thing is, I'm struggling with figuring out how to remove the cushion.

I have tried prying under the material, poking around under the cushion the best that I can get at it, pushing, pulling....I'm out of ideas. I looked at the replacement headphones and I don't actually see any way that they might be attached. What do?

The earphone cushions on my 3 year old Vive Pro have become tattered. I just purchased original replacement cushions from ifixit, but the old cushions are firmly attached to the earphones. Before I attempt brute force, has anyone successfully done this?

Hey can anyone help me source a replacement for the nose piece on the vive pro headset, im currently using a nose rest for the original vive which is attatched to the headset by velcro.

Bought the headset second hand with the nose peice missing. Is there any solution better than what i already have?

Hi, I have a Vive Pro 2 Headset and the left earphone is failing [sound stops playing on the left side]. Will your replacement part [Item # IF453-028-1 HTC Vive Pro Headphones] fit the Vive Pro 2 headset?

I have already removed the left earphone and verified that the contacts are clean. The sound is intermittent. I need a replacement part for the left earphone that has the volume control button.

Has anyone successfully used these replacement headphones on a Vive Pro 2 Headset?

We have a number of HTC Vive Pro headsets where one speaker is intermittently not working. Some can be made to work by wiggling the earpiece but then will go off again almost immediately. Is this a fixable issue?

HTC Vive Pro: Earphone will not lock in place. Screws have been tightened.

The earphone hinge will not lock in place and just hangs loose. I opened the earpiece and it looks like there is an e-clip that holds pressure on a spring that is missing. Does anyone know if we can purchase a replacement earphone module by itself, or if there is a size for the e-clip that I could purchase?

We have a number of Vive Pro units in our venue and the microphones have stopped working on a number of them. HTC returns are known to be notoriously poor and slow and I am wondering if it is relatively easy to replace or repair it. I have heard this is a common issue.
