Hi, in the past a small part from the laser fell off. I tried to search for it on the internet but without luck i did ot find anything. The only thing i know is the name of tha part: Wave line lense 8mm 90 degrees. Can anyone help or try to give me some advice on a trustworthy seller.

The actual straps you adjust for the headset to fit your face are just too small anymore. I have to have it at a weird angle strapped. to the top back part of my head. Are there kits for bigger straps?

Hi,

My vive pro headset is switching on and off. The image on the computer screen doesn't switch on and off just the headset. I have sent it to the HTC repair centre in Romania (paid them) and have just received the unit back and the unit is still faulty. Any ideas?

Only 1 view lenses is functioning properly. The 2 has some spots sometimes and can’t see to use it.

My HTC Vive has been packed away for a few months and I went to play it today but noticed the left eye screen shows several bright magenta pink vertical lines. The rest of the view is normal and it still works and loads up games etc.

On the direct view screen on the PC they don’t show but if I switch the Vive settings to have the headset as an extension of my computer desktop, I can still see them.

I have tried updating everything, numerous cables and even taking it near enough completely apart but nothing has resolved it. When I took it apart I saw nothing that looked damaged/out of the ordinary and everything connects well.

Is there anything else I can try to fix it? Or if it is hardware, is it something that can be replaced to fix it?

My new deluxe audio headset strap for my HTC Vive has a round, flat screw with a small hole in the middle that attaches the headset to the strap. It appears to take an allan key or the like. I can not figure out what tool is used to tighten this with. Anyone know what tool I use and what size?

The light turns green after being blue for a few seconds, while it‘s blue the motor runs really hard. The noise mellows out but is still noticeable but the letter channeling still functions. The base station just doesn’t detect steam vr so it doesn’t track or connect.

I need to find some replacement screws for the HTC Vive.

About a year ago the USB port broke away from the internal board in the HMD. I disassembled the whole thing to replace the USB port. The process was taking too long and I decided to splurge and get the Pro headset and hence forgot about fixing the older one.

I’m now looking at fixing it and have all the parts except the screws, seem to have lost them when moving house. No idea what size screws to buy to fix it all back up!

One of my base stations decided not to work….after checking I discovered that it’s not a software issue.(there is no physical damage…I bought the vive 3 months ago)

And when it’s plugged in I can’t feel the motor spinning

I got my HTC Vive a few months ago and after using it for awhile I managed to crack the lens that covers the front facing camera. I have looked online and have not been able to find any replacements aside from screen protectors but that is not what I am looking for .

Hi guys, I have an HTC Vive controller that won't charge (no light) and won't turn on either. This happened after being exposed to the cold for a couple of days. The other controller is fine though. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
