HTC Thunderbolt: How do I remove the charging port and install new one?

I have an HTC Thunderbolt ADR6400l and right now have it taken apart where I can get to the charging port which has been acting up for a while. I have to hold the wire in a certain position for it to charge so I'm not mobile with this phone.

This port is solderd on, but I don't believe it is just the pins on the motherboard. I believe that whole piece needs to be replaced.

HTC Thunderbolt: TB wont recognize any SD card

suddenly unmounted my SD card and I pulled it out then install it back and it worked again for 3 or 4 times last week.

TB wont read it or other one too at last time and got a Blank SD card on notification bar.
