HTC One Max: My HTC 10 has a few issues after screen replacement.

I just replaced the battery and screen on this HTC 10.

4 issues after install:

Vibration not working at all.

Capacitive buttons still work but no back-lighting now.

Power button is sunken in and doesn't click. It does work if I push hard enough.

The screen won't sit flush with the frame. The ribbon appears to be pushing it up.

The install went quite well actually. I took my time and was very careful. Only disconnected what was necessary. I have yet to set the screen with adhesive until I resolve these issues.

When I tested the screen when I first got it connected the capacitive buttons were illuminated and worked fine, but once I put the subframe back into the outer shell, they no longer lit up.

If anyone has any help on these issues I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

HTC One Max: HTC One Max - Could it be power IC?

Hi, bought broken One Max, wouldn't turn on, replaced charging port (previous one was shorted), now it works but with few problems - woldnt't connect to PC (but charges) and charging takes unusually long, left it for 8 hours today and it charged only 25%. My guess is that it could be broken power IC as the charging port short could damage it, but not sure.

HTC One Max: Microphone won't pick up any sound. Can anyone help?

I have changed my USB connector twice, a printcard where the microphone also is placed. At first, it had problems charging, but when I changed the first time to a new printcard the microphone was not picking up any sound. I thought that it had something to do with this product-batch and ordered a new one from another supplier. So when I changed to this one I still have the same problem. The card itself is different in colour and a few design-alterations in the matter of the other supplier. So I assume it is not produced at the same factory. I think it is quite weird that they have the exact same problem, so maybe it's a problem with the flex-connector? Or do I have to do any re-calibration of sound or something similar? Anyway, does anyone know about this?
