HTC One M9: HTC One M9 in weird boot loop

I have an HTC One M9 that is being super weird. Its stuck in what looks like fastboot mode and reboots every minute or so. OK..no big deal. It looks like someone tried flashing a custom recovery and failed. When I go to recovery mode or download mode, I get "failed to boot to X mode".

Figured ok, I'll check things out in ADB. ADB doesn't list it as being seen and I can't send any commands to it. I would write it off right there except that when I run a logcat and reboot the phone, ADB sees the phone disconnect. So the phone is communicating with ADB on some level, ADB just doesn't detect it.

I'm much more comfortable with Samsung boot issues. Anyone know anything about HTC?

HTC One M9: Mic and the headphone work only when I make a pressure on the screen.

Hello, I got an HTC One M9+ device. When making phone calls, people can hear me only when I shift to the loudspeaker. The other mic and the headphone don’t work at all. But I realised that, when I make a pressure on the right bottom of the screen, as long as I keep pressing, they both work fine. What may be the reason, any guesses?

(Sorry, I had to choose M9, because M9+ is not listed in this site.)

HTC One M9: Why is my phone randomly shutting down? (And other problems)

So I've had my HTC one m9 for about two years, (I got it used) and I've been experiencing lots of problems within the last year. When I first got it, it was working fine, but now it's really getting on my nerves. My main problem is that it shuts down seemingly at random times. Usually because of these factors:

Cold

Using camera

Below 40%

Not charging

When it shuts down, it (sometimes) wipes the app data and says that I have to update everything when my storage used stays the same. This happening several times results in my phone filling up with duplicate updates. But it doesn't wipe it every time.

It also has been consistently powering off below 40%, like I said, and when I put it on a charger, it says it's at anywhere from 5-20%.

Also sometimes when I power it on (not after a random shutdown) it will reset only my keyboard settings and quick settings.

I've tried wiping the cache partition and factory resetting it multiple times. Any help would be much appreciated.

Running Android marshmallow if that helps.

HTC One M9: HTC One M9 is Dead to The World

Hi,

My HTC One M9 is just, well, completely dead. I have switched to another phone at this point - looks like I switched just in time. I had done nothing before but try a software update (which miraculously failed) and after that the bootloader locked the phone. I left it alone for a bit, and when I came back to it, the thing was completely unresponsive. Not even the PWR+VOLUP or PWR+VOLDWN+VOLUP tricks work. It can’t start at all.

EDIT: I should clarify - it doesn’t seem to charge either. The notification LED stays off, and absolutely nothing happens.

Is there any way to repair the phone?

Thanks
