HTC One (E8): Invalid card, please contact customer care

I have ordered my HTC ONE e8 form China. I was using it in Poland for one year. Everything was fine.

I have bought a Lycamobile sim card. Once I've put it into my phone I got the error message

"Invalid card

please contact customers care"

The new sim card is working fine in my US friend's device.

My firend's sim card gives me the same error message.

My old card is still working fine inside my phone.

What is the problem with my phone? How can I solve it?

HTC One (E8): I cannot get network on my phone

My sim card reader is not working properly as it has to. Actually the sim card reader got burnt which is stuck to the motherboard from a wire from outside. Nowadays I don't get network when I've to work from my home, I'll have to step outside my house door to get network. The network is still coming but it's taking time to settle. Is there any possibility of getting a new sim reader for my phone? Thank you

HTC One (E8): Phone rapidly discharged. Why it isnt charging anymore or turning On?

My phone rapidly discharged. It is neither charging nor powering On. Tried resetting by holding Power switch + Vol Up + Vol Down many times leading to multiple restarts. But still the phone didnt power up. Replaced the battery and it isnt still charging nor powering up. RED LED is continuously flashing when power cable is connected. During hard reset trial after battery replacement with power cable on, red LED is flashing 5 times, battery charging display appears and a faint orange LED light comes on once, then the display goes off with lights off and the process repeats from red LED again. Phone powered on for more than an hour has not helped too. I feel it aint charging as the red LED gets steady during charging,

Kindly let me know if any hardware requires to be replaced. If not atleast help me out to recover the data from the internal storage. TIA

HTC One (E8): Can I put a logic board from one phone to another?

So I replaced a screen in an htc one e8. I broke a ribbon connector on the logic board. I decided I'd use one from another phone. I installed it on my original phone and the light is flashing to show it's charging and the battery symbol is on the screen but it doesn't seem to actually be charging. Maybe it's not compatible? Please help
