The phnone simply vibrates 3 times and has a black screen.

Please advise, i don't have an octupus box or whatever the various machines are called to fix this problem and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem without it as having it fixed would not be worth it unless they would do it for like 40 bucks as its a dinosaur.

my HTC my touch 4G mobile phone had a camera problem for about a month and I googled some solutions and found factory reset might work with the problem and I did it but it's not working and after that my connection is not working too I tried to set it's VPN nothing happened.....so is there any way you can help me I would be thankful
