HTC Droid Eris: Phone Refuses to boot

I have a HTC Droid Eris that I bought from Anchorage, Alaska. As I recieved it, I plugged it in (to charge) and left it overnight, as I do any phone I have recently bought.

When I went to turn it on, the phone goes into the bootloader (or whatever screen is in the picture).

I want to clarify that the WDIs (Water Damage Indicators) are cherry red, as I assume it has seen snow from being out of alaska.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
