HTC Desire 620: Why phone is not charging from charger?

Hello all,

I have problem with HTC Desire 620g. This morning i tried to charge phone from charger adapter, and it`s not working. I tried with other adapters to also not working… When i tried only with USB-Cable attached on my laptop phone is charging. So the problem is, phone can`t be charged by charger only from cable attached to PC-or Laptop.

My phone is being wet in the rain after that it worked for sometime and then suddenly turned off.. When I put it in a container of rice it started working but the touch has not been working properly... And the warranty doesn't includes water damage... Don't know how to fix it....

My HTC Desire 530 is not charging at the moment. I have tried three different chargers however each time it has a ! and doesn't charge however the phone recognise that there is a USB cord in it.

I have also tried to turn it off and on again by using the volume button and power button however that doesn't work it.

Can anyone help me please?

i have a htc desire 628 phone

i flash a stock rom 2PVGIMG_V36BML_DUGL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_India_SEA_1.17.400.1_492560_combined_signed_2_4.zip

but after flashing by sp tools, my phone don't power up & also don't charge.

But if connect by charger the indicator light up.

And my pc detects the phone only for 2-3sec

Than i again flash other stock rom 2PVGIMG_V36BML_DUGL_L51_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_1.17.401.2_Radio_0.1524V28P45.0504.0422_1_release_488427_signed_MT6753_Hboot_2_4

but my phone don't power up

just watched the video on HTC Desire 620 Touch Screen Glass Digitizer Replacement. Just after Disconnect the LCD flex cable, a peace of tape is removed from the ( i think ) the speaker and the charging port board. I have lost that piece of tape i do not know what it is called or made from, Can some one tell me what it is for what it is called and where i can get a new one.

Hello!

My HTC Desire 626 has run completely out of charge. It can charge, but barely. Now, when I can get it to charge, it automatically attempts to start, which it can't charge during. So, it immediately dies. It immediately, in about a second of charging, attempts to start again, and then immediately dies again after just flashing the startup screen.

I can't turn it on or reset it because it doesn't have power.

I can't charge it because it tries to start with any power and fails, and won't charge while starting up.

I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

My phone randomly gets off sometimes. It also gets off while charging. I have tried soft reset and vol up+vol down+ power button but still, the problem is same. and now even phone is not charging from last night even after being switched off.

Please help
