HTC Desire 530: My phone wont charge

I've had my phone 3 months and I've never damaged it in any way. Yesterday my phone stopped charging. I tried the power button and volume button trick but it doesn't work. When I turn on the phone it's on 3% all the time and when you plug it in an exclamation mark appears on the battery symbol. Then it turns itself off. When you try turn it back on a big battery and exclamation mark appear on the screen. This has happened twice before and I've fixed it with power button trick but it doesn't work this time. The battery is not removable.

HTC Desire 530: Is Battery replacement possible and how to?

So Im going to have an used HTC Desire 530 soon for ROM testing but so far I do not see any battery replacement guide. I know the phone has unibody design but it is still able to disassemble the phone, so can I just buy a new battery and plug it in or I'll need to do some soldering?

HTC Desire 530: Transfering photos to pc but cant find them on PC?

I am trying to transfer pictures to my PC but HTC has this ridiculous sync manager and I tried to sync them but it says it is syncing all of the photos but then when I go to look there aren't any of the photos.. I tried in my computers files too. I go to My Computer and then to my phones file where I would usually just drag and drop the files but I can't find any of the 400 photos I have on my phone! Please help, I am so frustrated by this.. I even went into my File Manager and tried messing around by putting the photos into a file I could find on my computer but it still just isn't working.

My phone is recognized by the computer too, there aren't any connection issues. It's like these photos don't exist.
