HP a6500f: My pc stop starting up with a constant buzzing sound from motherboard

My pc does not start up but has a constant buzzing sound from the mother board and then stops. After a 1 minute it begins buzzing again but has not started up yet. I checked all components hard drives, memory, power supply and just about everything else.

I brought this pc new sometime ago it has served me well and I would to get working again.

what going on?

My Pc is a HP Elite 8200, It’s not specified on the website

I tried updating to windows 10 Via a USB Stick.

Everytime I do I get the error message “windows could not update the computer's boot configuration installation cannot proceed”

I have gone into CMD, cleaned, formated, coverted to GPT. and still nothing. I took out the other HDD, Nope.

I tried disabling Secure Boot… or launching EUFI via BIOS Launch etc, I have some EUFI Utillity Launcher to my Boot USB, They just access the files or somthing.

I’ve tried everything and it just won’t work :/

At the Moment I’m stuck in a Update Windows Limbo, I’ve formated the Drives many times.. so Windows 7 is gone. -_- I’m thinking my PC is only Legacy… I might have to go back to Windows 7, somehow install this EUFI thing… Any help would be much appreciated, I’m usually handy with this stuff.

I Installed Windows 10 On an SSD and put that into Sata, Boots off that and it Worked, Cheers for the help guys :)

How do i fix my computer from a blue screen. When i boot the computer it starts up normally then it goes to a screen that says start windows normally etc. Then when you pick starts windows normally it goes into a blue screen and ask me to repair windows or the hard drive. When i try to repair it it says it did not find any problem.

HP a6500f: I can't get a video signal or of any of my video ports.

My computer won't show a video signal. I have tried bother the computer motherboard input and the graphics card input. And I tried an HDMI cord because the graphics card has one. I know that everything is getting power and bone none of my capacitors are blown out. What do you suggest I do to fix it.
