While the caps lock button is blinking the fans are very load and the screen stays black.

Note: the laptop does boot sometimes, if I don't try to power it on for maybe an hour it will boot. When it boots after maybe two minutes I get a blue screen: DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION. I also can get into BIOS.
