HP ZBook 15 G6: CPU/GPU fan replacement advice requested

In my laptop ZBook 15 G6, one of the fans starts making noise, rattles. (expected L30894-001 or L30895-001) The laptop is now almost 4 years old and this seems to be a known issue.

Does anybody have an idea how 'difficult' this exchange of both fans could be?

In terms of experience, I'm used to work with fine mechanical parts and not a total newbie in electronics. I also have an ESD bracelet and some small tools.

Thanks in advance!

I'm indecisive yet to do this myself or get help.
