HP ZBook 14: Why does my laptop won't turn on?

I have spilled water on my laptop after closing it. after I wiped the laptop I turned it on but after that my laptop started to recover or reboot Idk so then my laptop was normal and I shut down the laptop and kept it in my bag in the morning when I switched on the power button it won’t turn even after several times. By the way I have a HP

I recently bought a new laptop and was fine until the wifi symbol bugged and got stuck on disconnected to I just restarted my laptop. It's now just stuck on a black screen after it posts and spins its little circle

I've tried a hard restart by disconnecting AC and holding down power button where caps lock flashes once and a battery indicator flashes once. Plug it back in and still doesn't fix it. I've let it sit on this screen the first time round for about 15min to see if it was just being silly and I checked if plugging it to a external monitor would find the problem

When it's in this black screen it connects to my Bluetooth. It also boots into bios so the panel is find too. Any help appreciated

HP ZBook 14: Laptop turning on, showing error then turning itself off

My laptop powers on , then shows an error then turns itself off. When I try to boot it up again , I can hear the fans making noice, the keyboard lights, but the screen doesn't show a thing, the power charging indicator blinks thrice. Any form of assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.
