After turning on the PC there is a beep sound that is keep sounding and then there is an error showing VGA no input signal and DVI no input signal in rainbow Color and then they're showing me that monitor is going to sleep then the monitor make sleep itself

My PC automatically shuts down after 3 to 5 minutes, showing a red light. It was working fine before, but ever since my brother turned off a button from the motherboard that controls power, it has started doing this. Help me fix it.
