HP Z1: LG LM270WQ1 (SD) (BD) backlit replacement

I have a workstation HP Z1 all-in-one with the backlight working partially, in the overall is good but on the left is dimmer. I found online the option to replace the screen but the exact model is impossible to find without moving with hp spare part which is extremely expensive, considering I have taken a refurnished model. The screen is LG lm270wq1 (SD) (BD) and I found a lot of different end code (A1) (B1) (E3), so I want be sure to find the best and cheap way to restore the backlight, are those model compatible? Is there a website where I can buy just the backlight?

HP Z1: Does not post, just black screen

I got Hp z1 workstation with intel xeon and quadro 4000 gpu

the computer wont post, just spins fans and nothing on the screen

i have trouble finding anything on the internet of this issue

can it be bad motherboard, bios chip im not sure

can anybody help?

not able to find the correct selection, but it’s 23-r010 (all-in-one).. it’s dimmed, although, i did slide all the way to brightness and it’s still dimmed, what is the issue?
