HP Victus 15: Sudden shutdown of laptop nothing working

HP Victus 15-fb1xxx, Ryzen 5 7535HS. Laptop has had 4–5 sudden complete shutdowns. Event Viewer shows Kernel-Power Event 41 with BugcheckCode 0, PowerButtonTimestamp 0 and WHEABootErrorCount 0. After some shutdowns BitLocker recovery appears saying TPM is inaccessible, but after successful boot TPM reports "ready for use." BIOS is F.13 dated 27-03-2026. HP Fast Hardware Test passed CPU, video memory, battery, SSD/disk and other test

My computer suddenly shut down while I was playing a game. After that, when I pressed the power button, both the power light and the charging light started blinking, but it wouldn't turn on. My laptop suddenly stopped booting. The power button LED stays solid white, but the screen remains completely black. There is no HP logo, no fan spin, no keyboard backlight, and my USB mouse does not power on. The laptop does get warm after pressing the power button.

And i did reinsert my rams yet still nothing helped

I was playing this Demo game one time with my friend while using discord, and it keep turning off suddenly again and again. I brought it to a local services to clean it and change its thermal paste. yet, the issue happen again. so I dont think its overheat problem (I didn't hear any exhaust noise when its turned off either). (note. I remove the battery since its bloated so its been running with adapter on since)

HP Victus 15: No signs of life besides the LED light indicating that it's charging

My HP Victus 15 has been dead for a couple of days now, the power button doesn't show any light when I press it, doesn't turn on at all, there are no sounds or heat coming from the laptop, only the LED light that indicates that it's charging.

I've tried holding the power button, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery etc, etc. I'm not sure what to do. Is it a motherboard problem? If so; then I'm royally screwed.

I changed my thermal paste on CPU and GPU. I changed thermal putty on VRAM and VRM or parts that touches heatsink. First, I solved the heat thing and my cpu and gpu was 70-80 degrees Celsius but when I play like 30-60 minutes, my pc starts throttling and FPS becomes 15-30. I guess VRAM or VRM things cause this. After that, I decided put less putty. CPU and GPU centigrates was normal but same thing happened and my pc started throttling after 5-10 minutes. When I put more putty, my cpu was normal but gpu did reach 86-87 degrees Celsius. It didn't went up because I think it is limit. How can I make perfect amount of putty or paste? I am so far away from any technical service and they probably are pricey even it is just putty or paste change.
While not playing any games and on my desktop, CPU is 40-50 and GPU is 50-60 degrees Celsius.

I have an HP Victus 16-s0000 laptop. The internal display and keyboard backlight flicker together, but the laptop works normally on an external monitor.

Symptoms

Screen and keyboard backlight flicker at the same time.

External monitor (HDMI) is stable.

The laptop still runs normally otherwise.

USB power load (charging a phone) sometimes makes the flicker worse.

Initially, doing an EC reset / power drain (holding the power button ~40 seconds or disconnecting the battery) temporarily stopped the issue.

Recently, the reset no longer stops the flicker.

What I’ve tried

Updated BIOS to the latest version (F.31).

Reset BIOS settings (CMOS reset occurred).

Performed EC reset by disconnecting the battery and holding the power button.

Checked battery health (about 77% capacity remaining).

Tested with an external monitor (no flicker there).

Question

Since the keyboard backlight and internal display flicker together, could this indicate a power rail / embedded controller issue on the motherboard, or could the battery or battery management circuit still be responsible?

Any advice on what component or area of the motherboard to inspect next would be appreciated.

HP Victus 15: When I boot, it rarely goes to a black screen with my cursor in it.

Usually when I boot. It takes me to the graphical desktop. But rarely, it takes me to the desktop but with a black screen and mouse cursor. I tried Task Manager once on my old HP Elite x2 1012 G1 and it didn't work. This also goes with all laptops including my new HP Victus. How to fix?
