When being used, my HP Stream 7 seems to be lagging in response to when I touch it. The tablet's screen is not cracked and is on a full charge. Any quick fix for this screen lag?

Why won't my HP Stream 7 power on? I have tried every charger I have, and tried plugging it into my PC via USB. I've tried doing a hard reset by holding down the volume-down and power buttons for extended periods. Completely unresponsive.

My Stream 7 is awesome! However, lately i've noticed it's processing speed has gone wayyyy down. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?
