HP Stream 13: I have a new battery but I still get a Battery not Detected indication

My HP Stream 13 will only operate with the power adapter plugged in. It indicates that the battery is not detected. It is a brand new battery and it will not charge or be recognized by the computer. I initially replaced the original battery thinking that it was burned out. Today I unplugged and then re-plugged in the new battery and for a few hours it was detected but it still would not charge. It is now once again “not detected”. I ran a test and received the following report:

Battery Check: Primary-Replace (40)

FAILURE ID: M04435-7MD995-MFPV6K-C0D203

Product ID: K2L96UA#ABA

Primary Battery

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?…is a component on the board fried that charges the battery???

HP Stream 13: Wifi not connecting but they are there still?

I have a laptop, nothing is wrong with it besides the fact it can’t connect to the wifi. It has all wifi parts in the device manager and when I trouble shoot all it says is “ No preferred network “ or whatever but I can’t even do that cuz I can’t connect at all so I can’t get one of those. All the wifi is on 1 bar and the internet is fine on all other devices in the house besides this one.

This is what it shows when I try to connect then it goes right back to the not being connected symbol

HP Stream 13: Help ASAP! Hard Drive Upgrade Via WifiPort!

Question and I need help!

I have an HP Stream and the hard drive is only 32gb and soldered via EMMC and need to upgrade it! I have the HP Stream 14 series this year I believe!

Now, I saw an existing forum regarding this laptop here: HP Stream 13 Disassembly for Upgrading the PCIe mini SSD

However, I do not get answers and I believe the user that said using MSata hard drives will work won't answer anymore! I am wondering if this has been confirmed working and if anyone has tried it and was successful! I have the wifi card here I took out: https://ibb.co/hANX98 and not sure what ssd to buy that will fit the existing port to try out!

Any assistance would greatly be appreciated!
