Trying to upgrade my ram from 2gb to 12gb but once I took it apart and opened unit I could not find and ran slot . How can I upgrade my ram?

HP Stream 13-c010nr: Can I remove the actual keyboard board itself?

The current keyboard is no longer recognized and i’ve tried checking the cords and nothing has worked. I have a replacement keyboard board but no frame with it. is there anything i can do about that? also the computer does not power on but it does charge, not sure if that has to do with the keyboard and the power button
