HP Stream 11 Pro: Screen doesn't power on

No working USB ports and the screen doesn't power on but power button lights up on pressing and charge indicator light is on. What could be the problem?

I all started like this one I mistakingly plug my touch using the laptop but the wire were touching so when I notice this the screen of the laptop went off as it was still on but I couldn't do anything on it so I tryed on Poland offin it by long pressing the power button but it didn't get work it still did not work
