i just recently started using it again and to my knowledge it was working fine. All my other devices show no problems. Im not sure if they still updatesuch a late model so my plan was to replace the OS with Linux. also, it wont connect to any network at all. Thank you for your time

I upgraded my router and now my laptop cannot detect my network. I have just reset it to factory settings but this did not fix the issue. It connects if I use my phone as a hot spot but will not bring up my network name if I am not using the hotspot.

I reset the router, my computer, updated and reloaded drivers and devices and even reset the whole laptop to factory settings. I contacted my service provider who did all they could but could not resolve the issue.

Even if the laptop is beside the router it will not find it.

I bought the laptop on ebay it came with the OS installed ect and the touchpad was working fine.. but i reset laptop to make it fresh for my self to use, Its working fine but the laptop touchpad not working at all, i tried installing drivers, i downloaded Driver booster and Driver easy and no hope, I manually got them off HP driver site and no hope still, I tried all F keys and The is no double tap button on touchpad, I can not find nothing to fix it. Please help

Craftsman 420cc will cut and move but only in 5th to 7th gear blades work in all gears but not move whats the problem?

It will not power on or show any sign of life. There was no light on by charge port indicating power. I bought new hp charger still nothing. Both chargers work on my daughters stream (we got matching pc). I know it's out of warranty and hp wants $100 more to repair it than what It costs @ Walmart. Being totally honest it maybe 2 yrs old but it's only had 3-4 hours use maximum. There is no music,pics, or videos. And maybe 2-3 apps installed on it. I've always used Dell in the past so I have no real hp experience but if this is an indication of what to expect from hp products. I will have to consider another manufacturer

the screen of my laptop cracked at the bottom left corner but not a lot, the touch screen works on the right half of the screen but it taps by itself in the middle of the screen. How can i fix this?

you can not turn off the laptop our it won't turn back on, you must leave the plug in the laptop in
