Best Buy says the battery cannot be replaced]]> Despite what Best Buy says, it looks like your site is saying yes, the battery can be replaced. Is that correct? My model number is HP Spectre Model x360 Convertible - Model 13-ac033dx ~ got around 2016. When the power cord is removed it shuts off immediately. Leading up to the death of the battery, it was giving overheating messages on the black screen when shutting down/restarting it.
