HP Slate 8 Pro: Is it possible to replace the digitizer or Display?

Hi, I would like to change the glass (+digitizer) of my HP Slate 8 Pro. Found lots of guides for the Slate 7, but nothing about the slate 8 pro. I couldn't even find replacement parts online. Is there a reason for that?

My screen is unresponsive to touch. I've had Apple devices in the past that can be "forced" to reset. Is there a reset procedure for the HP Slate that doesn't involve using the touchscreen?

I was caught in a rain shower and my tablet got a little wet. It was not submerged at all and only mildly wet but before I turn it back on I want to treat the problem before it becomes a problem.

My tablet does not stay charged for very long, so I think it may be time to replace the battery. There is no place to easily remove the existing battery so I wonder if it can be replaced at all.

HP Slate 8 Pro: My tablet is not turning on.

I tried to turn it on, but it just lighten the screen up, and after that, it become dark. This happen after I took it with me to school in my backpack without a case. During school period, sometimes the tablet would work, and sometimes it would stop working. When the tablet stop working, I put it in my bag, carried it to my other class, and it would work, but it would turn off suddenly after I move to another class.
