HP ProDesk 400 G3: Why does the computer beep when turning on?

When I turn on my computer, it flashes red 5 times and White 2 times.When I turn on my computer, the red light flashes 5 times and the white light flashes 2 times. There is a beeping sound. And nothing comes up on the computer display.
