My Hp ProBook 4540s automatically turns on when I plug in the charger, I have removed the battery and immediately I plug the charger the charger light blinks once and the laptop turns on. I will appreciate any suitable support. Thank you.

I have a problem with turning on my laptop,it was working propertly,on turning on yes it has warnings about some network problems(i dont know what it was,network worked propertly) and fan problems,in some time it can't turn on,i can turn it on in safe mode it works good,but everything other i tried ends with shouting down.If it has anyone chance to fix it please help me.
