HP ProBook 650 G2: Why does my laptop power button and charge light come on & off nonstop

The power button keeps coming on and off, along with the charging indicator... Whenever I plug it, the button lights come on and the hp interface comes up on the screen then it all goes off again. Above all these, it isn't booting at all. What could be the issue please, and how can I solve it?

I have a 650 g2 that i love and all of a sudden went out and after looking I noticed the motherboard is no longer in it, wich made absolutely 0 sense to me. How much do I need to be prepared to spend? Any other tips or tricks that I need to know before I do this?

Cleaned my laptop by opening it without removing any another parts except the fan and then it's not starting light blinks but screen is off!
