On pressing power button my laptop power button and other wifi and speaker + chargin lights keeps on blinkg , but laptop is not turning on I have tried all possible methods, removed RAM , SSD, Pressed power button for 60 seconds, then plugged in power and turned on but nothing working, tried to flash new bios using usb , it is also not working

My laptop screen light is fully gone even the screen is fine with my mobile torch I can see a little, I have connected an external LCD with a VGA cable its working fine but the light on my laptop screen is gone, any idea how can I fix this without going to the repair man. because I went to the market he charged me 5k PKR for nothing and the screen light is as it was.
