HP ProBook 4740s: Problem with turning on

I have a problem with turning on my laptop,it was working propertly,on turning on yes it has warnings about some network problems(i dont know what it was,network worked propertly) and fan problems,in some time it can't turn on,i can turn it on in safe mode it works good,but everything other i tried ends with shouting down.If it has anyone chance to fix it please help me.

White light blinking when charger connected and won't charge. Also first it was red/orange light. It has power on motherboard when charger connected but won't charge and won't turn on?
