HP ProBook 4530s: Issues turning on the laptop

Having issues with my hp probook

When I press the power button the light on the power button stays on for some seconds and then goes off again. When I press it again it will do the same thing. To power it on I have to continue this process several times.

Sometimes I get a one pattern blink on the caps lock(as attached)

How can I fix that issue.
